Processing Orders
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 4 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day and dispatched within 5 business days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement for those items.

Do WS Handicraft Online Store offer Free Shipping?
WS Handicraft Online Store’s customers may enjoy the benefit of Free Shipping when online purchases meet the minimum orders of RM200. For orders less than the mentioned amount, our customers will be charged with flat rate shipping fee inclusive of taxes. Free shipping is applicable with voucher or promo code but the discount will be deducted from the total/qualifying amount. However, voucher or promo discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
